Ray Bull holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) with Honours from Griffith University. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court and High Court in December 2005. Since 2008 Ray has practised solely in insurance and compensation litigation, acting for people throughout Queensland. Ray practises in WorkCover, motor vehicle, public liability, medical negligence, dust disease and total & permanent disability (“TPD”) claims.
Ray’s client-centred and no-nonsense approach ensures that he considers his client’s individual circumstances whilst working towards the best possible outcome. Ray takes pride in ensuring that his clients understand the claim process and their individual matter progression.
In addition to insurance and compensation law, Ray has significant experience in the law of costs and was admitted as a Court Appointed Costs Assessor with the Supreme Court in December 2012.
Ray has presented papers and seminars in relation to costs law and its impact in insurance and compensation litigation.
Prior to studying law, Ray had a successful career in The Australian Army with postings throughout NSW and Townsville.
Ray volunteers in his local community, particularly with his children’s schools.
